Within our organisation we provide support for children and their transition from childhood to adult services, offering a step down services from up to 3 - 6 months prior to the child turning 18. Thus ensuring a smooth and familiar transition into adult hood and a property that meets their needs albeit in a shared accommodation environment (maximum of 4 individuals per property) or a property of their own such as a self-contained flat. Whether its 24hr support or less staff will always be on hand to offer reassurance and guidance to ensure that the adult world isn't that daunting.

We are committed to supporting individuals aged 18+, who are in need of Supported Living services, albeit semi-independent or independent living. Specialising in adults that have a mental health diagnosis.

We will help with benefits, education and training. Our focus is on helping service users understand society and their role within it. Enjoying a maximum level of independence, dignity and wellbeing, throughout their time spent with us. We ensure that for each service user a safe and secure home tenancy is maintained, and its more than just a flat or house its their home. Even in the event of a period of hospitalisation we will ensure that the property is safe and secure and the tenancy is ongoing ready for their discharge. We work closely with each service users as an unique individual, where dedicated, trained and knowledgeable staff become role models and mentors and strive to ensure the continual involvement of external professionals at all times.
